The purpose of this second annual Harvard Latin American Club Leaders Conference was for the Harvard Alumni Association to meet with Harvard Club leaders from the region to converse and learn from one another while sharing insights into club activities, recent success stories, and particular challenges.
This was an opportunity to introduce the Latin American Club leaders to the work of Cultural Agents. Cultural Agents social betterment projects are a type of activity the Harvard clubs might want to support in their community. Prof. Doris Sommer facilitated a Paper Picker Press workshop with the participation of representatives from 15 countries in Latin America.
