The mission of the Harvey Milk High School is to create a safe and supportive environment in which lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth ages 12-21 can reach their full potential. Starting in the Fall of 2009, Cultural Agents implemented a 40-week (two semester) PPP project involving 5 art modules in dance, poetry, visual arts, theatre, and music.

Frank Morales and Vanessa Zannis coordinated all aspects of the PPP project with school officials, principles, teachers, artists, and community leaders/parents, including direct on-site assistance during the duration of the program.
