The Paper Picker Press (PPP) held a workshop for the Harvard Alumni Association to develop the visibility of training opportunities by Cultural Agents. An evening long event engaged parents and children of all ages with literature and its inspiring potential. Led by Facilitator Emily Ullman, 55 participants from the Greater Boston area came out for the event to construct ways to read Rudyard Kipling’s “How the Whale Got His Throat.”
Several connections and suggestions for multiplying the PPP in Boston were made during the event, including the British School in Jamaica Plain because of its partnership with the Epiphany School in Dorchester. Another lead was the Boston Public Library.
