In October/November 2011, a sequel to the collaboration in March was organized with approximately 120 educators from IEMS (Instituto de Educación Media Superior del Distrito Federal). The Texto de Partida workshops were held at the Biblioteca del Plantel Iztacalco. The participants worked on Food Poetry. They were split into groups and created food based on sections of the poem “Primero sueño” by Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz.
